Mission Statement:
Guided by Christ's teaching "to serve rather than to be served" (Mark 10:45), and upholding the Tsung Tsin Mission's tradition of "evangelism through education," we provide educational services grounded in biblical truth. Our mission is to nurture students' holistic growth-spiritually, intellectually, and physically-equipping them with faith, hope, and love. We empower them to develop their gifts, serve humanity, benefit society, and ultimately glorify God.
Theological Perspective on God:
The Holy Spirit reveals truth, convicts of sin, and grants new life through faith in Christ. As the eternal Comforter, He indwells believers to sanctify them. The Trinity-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-is one God: co-equal, co-eternal, the Creator and Sovereign of all. Jesus Christ, God's only Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and fully God and fully human. Crucified without sin, He atoned for humanity's transgressions, resurrected on the third day, ascended after forty days, and now intercedes at the Father's right hand. He will return to judge all people, granting believers eternal life while ushering in the new creation.
Anthropological Perspective:
Created in God's image with inherent potential, humanity's capacities became marred by sin. Only through the Gospel's transformative power can individuals experience rebirth, renewal, and the fulfillment of their God-given purpose for divine glory and human benefit.
Worldview:
In this interim period before Christ's return, humans are called to steward God's creation responsibly. We affirm:
- God's design for marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, foundational to family and social health
- The pursuit of love, justice, and peace for societal flourishing
- Environmental conservation and sustainable development as sacred duties
Educational Philosophy:
- Church-School Partnership: The Mission monitors schools' fulfillment of this declaration while providing supportive resources.
- Holistic Education: Schools shall integrate:
- Government-mandated curricula with Christian values
- Academic excellence with character formation
- Governance: School management must align with:
- Biblical principles
- Hong Kong legal requirements
- Dual accountability to Church and government
- Community Engagement: Schools should collaborate with stakeholders to build a just, compassionate, and harmonious society. Facility usage requires consultation between churches and school boards.
