Tsung Tsin College is a health-promoting school committed to providing holistic education so as to foster students' all-round and healthy development. It is our hope that every student, during his or her time here, will have life inspired, nurtured and enriched, and will grow healthily in the academic, moral, physical-mental, social and spiritual domains, so that in future they may become citizens of ability and virtue who glorify God and benefit others.
"Ability and virtue" in our school context carries three dimensions. First, students should build a solid foundation of knowledge and attain sound academic achievement; knowledge enables discernment and understanding, and good academic performance increases students' opportunities to pursue higher education and to enter the world of work, thereby allowing them to realise their aspirations and contribute to the community. Second, students should acquire a range of social skills in order to cope with the rapid changes of society; therefore, we organise a wide variety of educationally meaningful activities to broaden their horizons and to cultivate diverse competencies, so that they may shine in society in due course. Third-and most importantly-students must possess good character, a heart to serve others, and an ever-deepening knowledge of the God who created them and of His ways; we take the Bible as our standard, model it at all levels, and "teach them to observe" (Matt 28:20), so that "when they are old they will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6).
The school upholds a balanced educational policy, comprising rigorous academic training, the nurturing of life and character, and diversified co-curricular activities, while at the same time giving students “room to grow” so as to enhance their creativity, vitality and resilience.
